What You’ll Own
- The entire front-of-house experience—from first impression to final farewell
- High-volume service and peak shifts
- Hiring, scheduling, coaching, and motivating a strong FOH team
- LBW ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Guest recovery that turns problems into loyalty
- Spotless standards, food safety, and compliance
