Store General Manager Qualifications:

Current or very recent experience in high-volume
Solid tenure — Consistent work history
2+ years of General Manager experience
Upbeat personality — highly positive and able to coach
Great communication skills and professional appearance
Focusing on delivering fantastic food, great value, and amazing customer service
Experience with Catering is a plus, but not required
Ability to network in the local community!

Store General Manager Preferred Background/Skills

Ability to lead a team and understand the hiring, training, and development process
Understanding a profit and loss statement
Overseeing a team of ten plus employees
