Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a fine-dining independent restaurant
Proven experience managing operations with annual sales revenue of $7M or more
Willingness to be a hands-on manager for every shift

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience working in the French Quarter is helpful but not required

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
Manage inventory and maintain quality control to meet operational goals.
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to enhance guest satisfaction.
