Bar & Service Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a full-service restaurant
- Strong commitment to outstanding guest service and hospitality
- Ability to effectively resolve guest issues and maintain high service standards
Bar & Service Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in a busy dining environment
- Familiarity with front-of-house operations and team leadership
Bar & Service Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership style
- Inspire, support, and coach the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and engaging interactions
- Lead by example during busy service periods, stepping into support roles as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to enable smooth, efficient service
- Monitor guest flow, wait times, and team productivity to maintain service excellence
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and food handling protocol
