Sous Chef

Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary of $72,000- $76,000

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Culinary degree preferred, but not required –
Minimum 3-4 years in a similar upscale or scratch kitchen role with an understanding of Italian cooking
Proven experience in upscale or upscale casual dining. A passion for scratch cooking and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
Bilingual in Spanish, required

Sous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee and inspire daily food preparation, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of flavor and presentation.
Showcase your culinary skills while leading a collaborative, energetic kitchen crew.
Maintain the highest quality in ingredients, preparation, and plating for every guest experience.
