We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. You will bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to 50+ team members. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Prior experience working in and recruiting from the Boston market.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
