We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. You will bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to 50+ team members. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.
Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
Prior experience working in and recruiting from the Boston market.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Base Salary of $75-$85K based on experience.
