We are seeking a senior-level Finance and Operations leader to serve as the execution engine of a growing, multi-unit hospitality organization. This role partners closely with the CEO to translate vision into action, drive accountability across the leadership team, and ensure the business operates efficiently, profitably, and with discipline. The ideal candidate is both financially rigorous and operationally hands-on, thriving as a true second-in-command.
Chief Financial & Operating Officer Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $170,000–$180,000

Chief Financial & Operating Officer Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and hold leaders accountable
- Experience operating within a structured operating system (EOS or similar preferred)
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights
- Hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
Chief Financial & Operating Officer Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the CEO’s primary financial and operational thought partner
- Own financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and EBITDA performance
- Lead and hold accountable leaders across finance, operations, HR, and administration
- Drive execution, accountability, and follow-through across the organization
- Implement and optimize systems, processes, and internal controls
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across vendors, systems, and cost structures
- Support growth initiatives, strategic planning, and capital allocation decisions
- Improve meeting cadence, leadership rhythm, and decision-making discipline
- Build scalable teams, systems, and processes to support continued growth
