General Manager Qualifications

4+ years restaurant management (fine dining/steakhouse preferred)

Strong financial and operational skills
ServSafe Manager & TABC required
Proven leadership, communication, and team-development abilities

General Manager Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards
Manage financials, inventory, and cost controls
Ensure food safety, quality, and a polished dining environment
Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns
Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members
