Searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager that has experience managing fine dining restaurants, preferably from a resort setting. This great opportunity is for a beautiful Resort on a very popular Island in Northern Michigan. Seasonal position that includes free housing and Industry leading culture and benefits.

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Salary 65k to 70K, plus bonus.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

Provide leadership to the fine dining restaurant
Train, coach, mentor F&B team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service.
Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
Effectively manage COGs, labor, and restaurant expenses
5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a resort or similar setting
A degree in hospitality (preferred) or related field or equivalent experience listed above.
Familiar with food and beverage systems and controls
Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
