Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Support the GM in daily café operations, ensuring smooth execution, strong guest experience, and adherence to the company's brand, visual, and food safety standards.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while cultivating culture and providing effective performance management, including navigating difficult conversations.
Lead efficient operational execution and support change management by communicating new products, procedures, and service initiatives clearly and accurately.
Contribute to cost control (food, labor, and controllable expenses) and assist the GM with administrative responsibilities and overall business performance.

Assistant General Requirements:

2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service or polished fast-casual restaurant
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, organization, integrity, and attention to detail.
NRO experience is required
Preferred: Hospitality degree (AS/BS), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with systems such as UltiPro, Toast POS, CrunchTime, and TeamworX.
