Seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead daily culinary operations in a high-volume, upscale casual environment. This leader will ensure elevated guest experiences through strong organization, team development, and efficient execution. Qualified candidates should have 5-7 years of progressive leadership and management experience with a culinary-focused background.

Salary Range $75K-$80K plus a comprehensive benefits package

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations including production, prep, inventory, ordering, and sanitation
  • Lead, coach, and mentor cooks to build a collaborative, growth-focused culture
  • Ensure consistent execution, quality, and presentation aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain food and labor costs through efficient scheduling, waste reduction, and accurate ordering
  • Uphold food safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
  • Partner with FOH and leadership to support smooth service and communication
  • Assist with menu execution, features, and training rollouts

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading teams in upscale casual or high-volume concepts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and drive results
  • Business-minded approach to COGS, labor management, and budgeting
  • Motivational leader with a passion for coaching and developing teams
  • Hands-on, calm under pressure, and committed to a positive workplace culture
