Director of Marketing – Multi-State

We’re hiring a hands-on marketing leader to elevate a multi-state portfolio that includes restaurants, marinas, boat dealerships, and lifestyle brands. This role is creative, independent, and offers the opportunity to be the entire marketing engine for a growing operator focused on memorable guest interactions and market expansion.

Director of Marketing Benefits & Compensation

Director of Marketing Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading marketing for multi-location hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong digital expertise in SEO, social media, advertising, CRM, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to craft and execute marketing strategies independently.

Director of Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales, traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Own all digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Create campaigns tailored to each business vertical and local market.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize performance and outperform competitors.
  • Manage content creation, influencer outreach, PR, and community engagement.
  • Handle budgets, spend, and ROI with precision while ensuring consistent brand execution.
