In This Role You Will

Lead and support the hospital’s veterinary team with empathy, clarity, and consistency
Partner with the Hospital Office Manager to create a positive, collaborative, and accountable hospital culture
Mentor veterinarians in clinical skills, communication, and case management
Uphold medical quality, safety, compliance, and best practices
Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and retention of veterinarians
Work with leadership on hospital performance, business goals, and client experience
Address client concerns professionally and promptly
Ensure accurate medical records, treatment plans, and controlled substance management

Your Clinical Impact

Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
Develop complete, problem-based diagnostic and treatment plans
Perform surgeries ranging from routine spay/neuter to more advanced soft-tissue procedures
Conduct full-scope dentistry including radiographs and surgical extractions
Guide hospitalized patient care and ensure smooth care transitions

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are

A DVM with at least 1–3 years of clinical experience
Passionate about mentoring, coaching, and supporting other doctors
Skilled in communication and building strong client relationships
Comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on clinical medicine
Compassionate, composed, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
