Our clients Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Business Office Manager (BOM) to lead the financial and administrative operations at our single location. This role is essential to maintaining accurate business functions and supporting our residents, families, and team members.

Business Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all resident accounts receivable functions
  • Oversee accounts payable processing for the facility
  • Maintain accurate daily census records and associated documentation
  • Administer and safeguard resident trust fund accounts
  • Supervise day-to-day business office operations
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all business office functions

Business Office Manager Requirements

  • Direct experience in Medicare/Medicaid billing within a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Strong background in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Solid bookkeeping and general accounting skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • 1-year Revenue Cycle/Medical Billing/Accounts receivable Experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve.
  • Associates Degree Preferred
