We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Specialist with a proven background in sales—especially within the health, wellness, or supplement industry. The ideal candidate excels at building strong client relationships, communicating effectively, and driving revenue through strategic outreach. In this role, you’ll proactively connect with new and existing customers, manage both inbound and outbound calls, and contribute to meaningful sales growth. Inside Sales Specialist Benefits and Compensation

  • Salary $60,000 – $70,000 plus commission
  • OTE $125K

Inside Sales Specialist Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within a high-volume outbound calling environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to cold call effectively and close sales over the phone.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong objection-handling abilities with a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Highly goal-driven, self-motivated, and committed to exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls with professionalism and confidence to introduce products and identify customer needs.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
  • Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and convert qualified leads into sales.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, lead activity, and sales performance.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
