What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of daily operations — hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
Manage P&L, inventory, and cost controls to drive profitability
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with consistency and energy
Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and pride
Execute company initiatives while maintaining operational excellence

What You Bring

2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume QSR
Proven success in driving sales, managing costs, and developing people
Hands-on leadership style with strong business acumen
A true ownership mentality — energetic, engaged, and committed to success
