F&B Manager Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.

F&B Manager Qualifications:

Two or more years of management experience, preferably in a full service or boutique hotel
Experience in Task Force assignments and new hotel openings is helpful
Being bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Decent experience with cocktails and spirits.

F&B Manager Benefits

A base salary of $62 to $66K commiserate with experience and strong bonus potential
2 weeks of PTO.
80% of employee medical and 100% of dental and vision paid for by the company
401K with a company match and Short Team and Long Term disability.
