Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! We are a local growing, upscale-casual restaurant w/ a scratch menu, specializing in amazing food with a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a candidate that can communicate effectively and motivate their team while assuring superior guest service.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

2+ Years Experience in scratch kitchen upscale concept
Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop team
Strong passion for food and beverage
Self Driven – ability and desire to keep learning & growing
Problem Solving Skills

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Team member support
Conduct line checks
Prepare end-of-shift and day financials
Follow best practices. and guild lines to meet the standard
Manage day-to-day operations ensuring great guest experiences
Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports culture and integrity
Must love people and be a part of a team
