Beverage Director – Multi-Property Rooftop & Nightlife Venues

Lead Beverage Programs Across One Established and One New Rooftop Concept | New York City, NY

We’re seeking an experienced Beverage Director to oversee beverage operations across two premier rooftop and nightlife properties in New York City — one established location and one exciting new opening. This is an opportunity to shape and elevate beverage programs that define the city’s rooftop scene.

Position: Beverage Director

Location: New York City, NY

Compensation: $135K to $140K plus bouns

Benefits: Full Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, Vacation Pay, 410K and More

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee beverage operations across two rooftop and nightlife venues — ensuring consistent quality, creativity, and service excellence
  • Lead and mentor bar managers and teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences across both properties
  • Develop and launch innovative cocktail, wine, and beverage programs that capture the energy of New York nightlife
  • Manage vendor partnerships, purchasing, and inventory to optimize profitability and efficiency
  • Partner with culinary and operations leadership to execute cohesive F&B experiences
  • Build and implement training programs focused on mixology, service, and guest engagement
  • Ensure compliance with liquor, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive beverage leadership in upscale, high-volume nightlife or rooftop venues
  • Proven success managing multiple outlets or opening new properties
  • Expertise in mixology, beverage costing, and trend-driven program development
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
  • Event experience, a big plus!
  • Excellent communication, organization, and guest service skills
  • Passion for creating elevated, memorable rooftop and nightlife experiences
