The Data and Engagement Manager will play a key role in transforming how a mission-driven organization uses data to drive community impact. This position blends data strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program support to ensure insights are not only accurate and actionable but also rooted in equity. Ideal candidates bring both analytical skill and a deep understanding of how data can tell stories, shift systems, and inform decision-making across teams and communities.

Data and Engagement Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in a data, evaluation, or program management role in the nonprofit or public sector.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, CRMs, and grants management platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while applying an equity lens to data and program design.

Data and Engagement Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis across programs and community initiatives.
  • Design dashboards and reporting tools that track outcomes and guide strategic decisions.
  • Maintain relationships with nonprofit partners to ensure community voice is reflected in data and evaluation.
  • Support the design and review of grant programs with a focus on learning, equity, and impact.
