Our company is growing and we are looking for a multi unit leader with a background in fast casual restaurant operations and a deep understanding of the LA and Orange County markets to join us.

Regional Manager Responsibilities:

Travel frequently to assigned locations to provide visibility and determine areas of business needing improvement.
Staff, coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability
Deliver an unparalleled guest experience
Audit for compliance with brand standards and put safeguards in place as necessary.

Regional Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a multi unit leadership role with a fast casual background
Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 10 locations
Proven ability leading 10-12 direct reports and ability to develop internal talent
Strong background with implementing and integrating systems
Results-driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence

Regional Manager Compensation & Benefits:

A base salary of $130-$145K per year based on experience
Bonus eligibility of up to 20% of base salary
