Executive Chef

A premier gourmet café and market is seeking an Executive Chef who is not only passionate about crafting extraordinary dishes but also dedicated to mentoring and developing a high-performing kitchen team. Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary of up to $155K.
Comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage.
Great hours, with most days ending by 4 PM.

Creative Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in scratch kitchens.
Must have off-site catering experience with 10M in total volume
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams.
Strong business acumen, including experience with food costing, inventory control, and budgeting.
ServSafe Manager Certification required.
A passion for innovation, excellence, and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and empower a talented kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Develop and implement creative, seasonal farm-to-table menus that captivate and delight guests.
Oversee kitchen operations with a strong focus on efficiency, cost control, and P&L management.
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and consistency in a high-volume, upscale environment.
