We’re seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations and ensure the success of our senior living community. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure compliance with all regulations, and foster a culture of care, teamwork, and excellence.

Executive Director Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare management
Strong financial and operational acumen
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Knowledge of state and federal compliance standards
