This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in recycling equipment and solutions. We are seeking a driven Account Executive to build strong client relationships, grow market share, and deliver best-in-class sales results across North America. This is a fully remote role with regular travel and the chance to be part of a high-growth, international organization.
Account Executive Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000
- Fully Remote
- Sales bonus and commission incentives

Account Executive Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of industry field sales experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial or capital equipment sales (recycling equipment experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% (domestic and some international)
- Must be physically able to visit customer facilities, inspect equipment, and conduct process analysis
Must Haves
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in North America for capital equipment and aftermarket services
- Grow spare/wear parts and services business with existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and up-to-date product knowledge
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve targets
- Provide accurate forecasts, proposals, and timely follow-up to clients and leadership
- Act as primary customer contact for project updates and service coordination
- Maintain detailed sales activity reporting in Salesforce and related tools
Account Executive Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with metal recycling equipment such as shredders, shears, balers, and briquetters
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand complex industrial equipment applications
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
