We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. You need to be a self-starter with prior start up experience in a healthcare environment.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Own company dashboard and provide intel on trends and successes.
- Seamless coordination of marketing calendar and campaign execution
- Provide guidance to Social Media Manager and be responsible for Company handles
- Continual experimentation on growth loops and referral incentive tracking
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- Five years or more of experience, including verifiable success in a start-up environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead direct reports and hit the ground running
- Subject-matter expert in the DMV market who comes with a network of contacts in place.
- Bachelors degree in a Marketing related field.
Marketing Manager Benefits:
- Base salary of $100 to $115K commensurate with experience
