An exclusive luxury resort is seeking a Director of Armed Security to oversee all safety and protection operations across the property, including its casino. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, associates, and assets while maintaining the highest levels of discretion, professionalism, and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage armed security operations across the resort and casino.
  • Oversee and mentor a large team of security and surveillance associates.
  • Direct emergency response planning, access control, and surveillance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and gaming regulations.
  • Collaborate with resort leadership to deliver a secure yet welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive security or law enforcement leadership.
  • Experience managing large armed security teams, ideally in hospitality, resort, or casino environments.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency management, surveillance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead with discretion, calm judgment, and professionalism.
