Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the management team
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve peak performance
  • Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a full-service setting (experience with alcohol service preferred)
