Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Systems-oriented hands-on leader
- Fast learner
- Community involvement
- Scratch kitchen experience
- High energy, positive attitude, and high-volume sales experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations with a sense of ownership and urgency
- Selecting, developing, and leading a team
- Oversees inventory and ordering supplies
- Ensures guests are satisfied with their dining experience
- Implement an ownership mentality and be the mayor of the room.
