We are seeking a head cook for our full-service, casual dining restaurant. We serve classic pub food and are open breakfast/lunch / dinner. Candidates should have experience running a kitchen and team of cooks and dishwashers.

Head Cook Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a head cook or chef in a casual dining restaurant
- Experience with purchasing and inventory management
- Experience with scheduling and labor management
- Some creative abilities are welcome
Head Cook Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen team with consistency and integrity
- Work the line as shift dictates
- Purchase food and supplies according to need and organization
- Schedule cooks and dishwashers according to labor budget and need for coverage
- Work with ownership on creating specials and the menu
- Other duties as assigned
