We are seeking a head cook for our full-service, casual dining restaurant. We serve classic pub food and are open breakfast/lunch / dinner. Candidates should have experience running a kitchen and team of cooks and dishwashers.

Head Cook Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a head cook or chef in a casual dining restaurant
  • Experience with purchasing and inventory management
  • Experience with scheduling and labor management
  • Some creative abilities are welcome

Head Cook Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen team with consistency and integrity
  • Work the line as shift dictates
  • Purchase food and supplies according to need and organization
  • Schedule cooks and dishwashers according to labor budget and need for coverage
  • Work with ownership on creating specials and the menu
  • Other duties as assigned
