We are looking for a polished and highly engaging Beverage Manager to join our team in Maryland. You will bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to 20 team members. This will be tons of fun and an opportunity to move your career into high gear as you will have the limelight on you all the time.

Bar Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all activities of service and bar – create a fun vibe.
  • Brand liaison for coordinating with vendors and making all purchases for the bars.
  • Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow through.
  • Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.

Bar Manager Qualifications:

  • At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $3 million-plus in annualized sales.
  • Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to identify revenue streams and close opportunity gaps and develop the surrounding team.
  • Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 20+ immediate direct reports.
