Tony Pizzola joined Goodwin Recruiting in May 2019 and hit the ground running, seeing his business model gain traction and grow. Tony has had the good fortune of spending his career working in most, if not all, segments of the hospitality industry (Fast-Casual, Casual and Fine Dining, Bars and Night Clubs, Event/Catering and Country Clubs).
He is a native Washingtonian and is fortunate, to this day, to be surrounded by family and friends. He now has the privilege to partner with them as his best and trusted clients and candidates. When he was a teenager, he fell in love with the hospitality industry, and his first job was washing dishes at Uncle Tony’s Bar and Grill. His family also holds the distinct honor of being the first franchisee of the legendary Pizzeria Uno’s Deep-Dish Pizza Restaurant in Georgetown, DC.
Tony’s next chapter in life has afforded him the ability to expand his recruiting business and transition to an Eastern Shore historic town. Expanding his reach while keeping the relationships intimate is important to Tony’s business.
Outside the office, Tony loves to enjoy the beach life with his wife and best friend, Kristin, their amusing kids, Tony, Matty and Alex, and their true-hearted pups Scarlet and Ruby Grey.
