What You Bring to the Table – Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of Kitchen Leadership experience (scratch kitchens, fast casual, or bakery concepts preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain strong, engaged teams
- Strong financial acumen in labor, inventory, and cost control management
- A people-first leadership style with high emotional intelligence
- Commitment to operational excellence and hospitality-driven culture
- A humble, driven, and guest-focused mindset on every shift
