We’re looking for a Development Manager to support our growing pipeline of projects. Reporting to the VP of Development, this role will oversee land development activities, manage contractors, and ensure sites are delivered on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage contractors, bids, and civil improvements.
  • Visit and inspect development sites, solving issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate utilities, budgeting, easements, and scheduling.
  • Oversee project financial guaranties and approvals.
  • Build strong relationships with utility providers and partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of land development/entitlements experience preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Additional Details

This role is based in-office with travel to sites 1–2 days per week. You’ll visit each active site twice per month.
