Assistant Store Manager – Restaurant / Hospitality

Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory or assistant manager experience (hospitality, food service, or retail)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience managing staff, inventory, food safety, and guest satisfaction
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- POS and basic computer skills
Must Haves
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings to align team goals
- Oversee front-of-house operations and guest service
- Ensure health, safety, and food handling compliance
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll accuracy
- Support training, feedback, and development for team members
Preferred Skills
- Experience in QSR or fast casual dining
- Familiarity with delivery platforms and online ordering
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Passion for food service and hospitality leadership
