Corporate HR Manager – Cleveland Market
💲 $70K–$80K + Full Benefits | Remote with Occasional Travel
We’re seeking an experienced Corporate HR Manager to lead benefits, leave administration, compliance, and HR operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage benefits, 401(k), workers’ comp, and leave programs
- Oversee unemployment claims, compliance reporting, and WOTC
- Support HRIS, onboarding, and employee relations
What You Bring:
- 5+ years HR experience (benefits/compliance focus)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws
- HRIS & payroll system proficiency
- HR certifications a plus
