Hotel General Manager Wanted! Join Our New England Team!

We are a leading hospitality company based in New England, seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team of passionate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a dedicated team eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure our guests experience the most incredible stay by embodying our vision and values.
  • Be operationally and technically savvy, with a strong understanding of financials to optimize performance.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives for the team while managing the necessary paperwork.
  • Foster innovation by implementing streamlined and efficient processes.
  • Maximize occupancy and Revenue Per Available Room (REVPAR).
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Front Office and ensure smooth communication across the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Full-service experience is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations is essential.
