Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
- Develop and refresh menus that are innovative, cost-efficient, and align with guest preferences.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and organization in the kitchen.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the management team to deliver top-notch guest experiences.
- Monitor food costs, labor, and waste to optimize profitability.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, with both restaurant and banquet expertise.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing a high-volume kitchen and ensuring smooth operations.
- Skilled in cost control, inventory management, and creating staff schedules.
- A positive and proactive approach to maintaining a productive and safe kitchen.
