Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
  • Develop and refresh menus that are innovative, cost-efficient, and align with guest preferences.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and organization in the kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the management team to deliver top-notch guest experiences.
  • Monitor food costs, labor, and waste to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, with both restaurant and banquet expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Experience managing a high-volume kitchen and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Skilled in cost control, inventory management, and creating staff schedules.
  • A positive and proactive approach to maintaining a productive and safe kitchen.
