We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with strong fast casual experience to help oversee daily operations. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building great teams and guest experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Support daily operations, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Lead by example with strong floor presence and effective team leadership
- Help train, mentor, and onboard team members
- Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Manage third-party delivery platforms and vendor relationships
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and receiving procedures
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain POS systems, assist with maintenance, and ensure site readiness
- Collaborate with leadership and participate in regular shift and team meetings
- Travel between locations in the Los Angeles area
- Step in to support the team with supervisory coverage as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in a leadership role within fast casual, quick service, or hospitality
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems and vendor management is a plus
- A team player who brings energy, accountability, and professionalism
