What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred—but experience, passion, and leadership can go a long way too
  • Comfortable with technology (MS Office, Google Workspace a plus)
  • Deep understanding of kitchen operations: menu development, inventory, food safety, sanitation, cost control, and team training
  • Reliable transportation
  • Background check required
  • ServSafe Certification recommended
