We are seeking a high-end Beverage Manager to be a part of a brand new food and beverage facility opening soon in the Phoenix area!

Beverage Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3 -5 years Beverage Manager experience in a high-volume, high-end setting with volume over $8 Million annually
  • Highly polished and professional
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Ability to create and update Craft Cocktail menus or specials
  • Excellent wine and spirit knowledge
  • Drives sales through creating memorable guest experiences with an exceptional beverage program!

Beverage Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Mixologist experience preferred
  • New Restaurant opening experience a plus
  • Background from Fine Dining and or high end Hotel or resort preferred
  • Curate and book live entertainment promoting a diverse roster of performances that align with the brand and targeted demographic.
  • Manage budgets, track entertainment ROI, and analyze guest feedback to refine future event programs.
