Elevate your leadership and make a significant culinary impact! We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and visionary Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and culinary program.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in elevated or fine dining kitchens (Michelin-level experience is a plus)
- Experience with team building, kitchen systems, and staff training
- Strong understanding of kitchen cost control, menu engineering, and operational flow
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with ownership, beverage director, and FOH leadership
- A refined palate and creativity in both tasting menus and à la carte offerings
Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Japanese and/or Italian cuisine, or a strong foundation with a creative curiosity to learn and innovate in both
- Excels at managing multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail
- Solution-oriented and excellent collaborator
- Committed to continuous learning and personal development
