Store Manager – Now Hiring!!
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. We are not just serving a product, we are giving an experience! This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store performance, developing team members, and ensuring product quality. Store Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage store staff to achieve business goals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Plan and execute store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training
- Monitor product quality and enforce food safety standards
- Analyze financial reports and manage inventory, labor, and cost controls
- Implement company programs and operational procedures
- Create a positive team culture that supports employee growth and performance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Store Manager Requirements
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in food service or a related industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to perform in high-pressure environments and solve problems effectively
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and supervisory procedures
