We are a beloved midwest restaurant group expanding into Florida for the first time. We have slowly and methodically built something that we are really proud of, and looking for someone that wants to be proud of where they work as well. If you are someone that has led high volume upscale casual restaurants looking to take the next step in their career, please reach out to us today! Training will take place in Ohio for 6-8 weeks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and industry trends
  • Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships for inventory and supply management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands-on leadership style
