Are you an experienced General Manager with a knack for leading high-volume, full-service restaurants? We are actively seeking a hands-on professional with a strong background in scratch kitchens and a commitment to exceptional customer service to spearhead our team in Lincoln. Ideal candidates should come from established corporate restaurant environments and be eager to drive their career forward in a dynamic and supportive setting.
General Manager benefits and compensation:

General Manager Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant

- Proven track record managing a restaurant with minimum annual sales of $3 million
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control expertise
