Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, coach, and direct your team
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
- Manage high standards of service while paying attention to the details
- Maintain amazing customer interaction and retention
- Focus on internal operations, delivery, orders, and catering services
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience managing a high-volume, systems-oriented restaurant casual environment
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and uphold restaurant standards
- Patience and proactive problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
- Previous experience with ordering, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and maintaining safety and sanitary standards
