Step into a high-impact marketing role with a fast-growing leader in home remodeling, transforming bathroom renovations across 20 states. We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Print Marketing Manager to lead local market campaigns that generate leads, build brand visibility, and foster direct connections with communities.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Plan and execute localized campaigns across 20+ markets
- Own and manage large-scale direct mail programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and creative direction
- Track campaign performance with tools like Excel and Power BI
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective execution
- Drive innovation through testing, learning, and optimization
- 5+ years in direct mail or localized marketing (home services experience a plus)
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and segmentation tools
- Self-starter mindset with strong project management capabilities
- Passion for connecting with local communities and driving results
