We’re looking for a reliable, service-driven Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at our upbeat neighborhood brewpub. This role is ideal for a rising star who’s ready to lead shifts, coach hourly staff, and help keep service running smoothly.

Assistant Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

  • Hourly pay starting at $65K+, depending on experience

Assistant Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a casual dining or pub-style setting
  • Bar management and/or event management experience is a huge plus!
  • Leads by example on the floor and during service
  • Supports scheduling, training, and shift execution
  • Helps monitor inventory, cleanliness, and safety protocols
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • ServSafe and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)

Assistant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Familiarity with beer service or brewery operations
  • Comfortable opening/closing the restaurant independently
  • Experience working with both FOH and BOH teams
  • Enthusiastic about hospitality and guest engagement
  • Ability to step into a leadership track with growth in mind
  • Solid problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
