Pricebook Manager – Retail Operations
Location: Upland, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (No weekends)
Are you a detail-driven professional with a strong background in retail pricing systems? We’re looking for a Pricebook Manager to join our growing retail team onsite in Upland, CA. This is a high-impact role responsible for maintaining accurate product pricing, item setup, and system integrity across multiple convenience store locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the price book database
- Ensure timely and accurate product setups, pricing updates, and vendor data integration
- Serve as the main support contact for store teams regarding POS and pricing issues
- Own and administer the PDI system, including reporting and maintenance
- Collaborate with teams across Accounting, Marketing, and Store Operations
- Identify and resolve UPC and scanning issues within 24 hours
- Support store promotions and maintain EDI imports from vendors
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in retail pricing, price book management, POS systems, or rebate programs
- Required: Hands-on experience with PDI – MUST HAVE
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Proven success in supporting multi-store retail environments
