Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations in a scratch kitchen environment
- Hire, train, and mentor back-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Support kitchen inventory, prep, and quality control
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu execution
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Proven experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for delivering top-quality food with consistency and care
