Preferred Background & Skills for Restaurant Manager:
- Over 3 years of experience in managing full-service restaurants with a consistent tenure
- Demonstrated success in polished casual dining settings with high volume
- Strong leadership presence, characterized by a proactive, hands-on approach
- Passion for developing talent and fostering cohesive, high-performing teams
- Bonus points for expertise in wine and spirits
